Webinar
webinar — noun. web·i·nar ˈwe-bə-ˌnär. often capitalized. : a live online educational presentation during which participating viewers can submit questions and comments.
My Bias: We must “SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY”! Invite the public to a webinar. The “public” includes very strong supporters of our current president, 2) Republicans, 3) Independents and 4) Democrats. STRENGTH THROUGH DIVERSITY
Protests, personal stories and webinars are a few of the tools in our toolbox. In my opinion, webinars can have the most impact. We MUST get the public informed NOW to implement changes and prepare for the next election.
1. Set a date/time with us for your webinar at no charge. The tentative date/time will be held for one (1) month.
2. Invite panelists who have the most influence in saving our democracy with a deadline to respond. If they refuse or don’t respond, invite others in your community in leadership roles that have knowledge of current issues. Other people could include possible candidates for the upcoming election. Don’t leave out those with different opinions. The public needs to make informed choices when voting.
3. Once the date/time is set, confirm with a $100 deposit or if the first-time it will be the full payment.
4. Then aggressively publicize the event with the link or QR Code to register.
5. Coordinate with us the technical details and training.
It is my expectation those interested in leadership roles in your local and federal government will come to you for a webinar. It will be free publicity for them to get votes.
Hold a webinar utilizing the Zoom platform. Ideal for town halls and candidate forums.
Panelists or those in leadership roles will be the presenters and can entertain online questions with the most interest (upvoting). Attendees can be almost anybody. Attendees register and receive updates when the webinar is scheduled.
Recordings are made available for those unable to attend.
Advantages: 1) Rental of venue eliminated, 2) More people attending, 3) Constructive questions and comments and 4) Travel not necessary.
Of course, the cost. Introductory webinar for your organization is $100 for ninety (90) minutes and up to 500 participants. Thereafter a ninety (90) minute webinar with a limit of 500 participants for $300. For more time and/or participants there will be an extra cost. We handle all of the technical details and assist in the planning.
Upon confirming a date/time, an invoice will be sent to be paid by credit card or check. Upon payment, a receipt will be sent.
Please contact us to discuss implementation in your organization. Call 785.823.0243 and ask for Keith. We have experience since 2012 providing streaming services.
